British Bird Paintings
I would love to share with you my new collection of paintings; British birds. Growing up in rural Cumbria with parents who loved nature, including birds. I developed an early fascination with the colour palette of their plumage and the incredible orchestral symphony of their song; from swifts to jackdaws all contributing to pitch and rhythm. On my Instagram account, I've set my reels (film clips) to the song of the bird in the painting.

My very good friend, Michael Cook, (WildScot.blog) also loves birds and is an excellent photographer. These bird paintings are based on his photographs, with his kind permission.
There will be more paintings uploaded here in the coming weeks, please do subscribe to receive alerts. Plus I will be adding more of these birds to my limited edition prints in due course.
